This is the chef's pride and joy, a kaiseki course that includes fresh fish such as bluefin tuna, salmon roe, and sea urchin, as well as domestic Wagyu beef steak and Kyoto vegetable side dishes.The all-you-can-drink option includes all of the drinks on offer, including brand-name sake and shochu.
